He is an African American technological genius with an evil personality who formerly worked for T.C.R.I. in New York City, until he was fired from the place after being blamed for supposedly breaking a printer. Baxter Stockman, also known as Stockman-Fly, is a major antagonist in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. He is a mad scientist who use to work at TCRI before being fired and became an enemy of the turtles after his first encounter with them. Later on, he became a member of the Foot Clan (albeit unwillingly) and ended up becoming a mutant fly by the Shredder and was later cured of his mutation by Michelangelo.
