In the past, I was reluctant to attempt a vegan diet. I like the diet plan in theory but figured it would be a nightmare socially. So I decided to go Vegan'ish. I just consume vegan at home and will consume meat 1-2 times per week when out with buddies. This works well and I feel better than ever.
