Take two cardboard cake rounds, an 8 inch round should cost around .22 cents, depending on your supplier. Spray with tacky glue and stick the two together. Have a pretty piece I scrapbook paper on hand, spray cake board with glue again, press paper to it, let dry and the cut of the excess. I use a hot glue gun to add ribbon and sometimes a bow. All for under $1."
