Step 2 : Make a hole in the centre of each circle. Step 3 : Take 8 popsicle sticks and attach them evenly on the edge of one circle. Step 1: Cut a circle and make spikes on one and measure it on the other and cut your Charka wheel. 

Step 2 : Make holes like in the video and insert toothpicks to make a wheel 

Step 3 : cut 2 long strips of cardboard for holding this wheel . It should be the same size 

Step 4 : take a skewer and pass it through the middle of the round charka and the two long strips to make it stand ( like in the video) and like a ferris wheel 

Step 5 : take a toilet roll and put round cardboard ok the sides to close the open ends .
