Balance... my word for 2022

I feel like this year I need a word.. I need a Focus. I have already admitted to last year being a little helter skelter and I know that at times I went hard core one way, and then switched the other way. It was all good, but as I sit back and reflect on some of the way things went... I think I need Balance. Now how I am going to achieve that - I have no idea - but Choosing my Word is going to help me start somehow correct??? Any suggestions?
