We believe education is not simply the transmission of information. It is the indoctrination of a child into a certain way of knowing, a way of learning and a way of being. Remember that sweet childhood memory of spending summer afternoons in the treehouse playing pretend games with your friends? Something I believe everyone has been a part of is the classroom game where you set up a mini chalkboard and have a little class with your friends but we obviously loved that more than real school

Buildings and courtyards that act as "a natural extension" of a mountain will define this university expansion, which OMA is creating in Seoul.

The project proposes a building with nature - the garden - being the central part of it. It serves as a window to the world by which kids can learn and observe how it changes throught the year.

Designed by Design in Motion, Ratchut School design reflects the ‘Montessori’ ideal learning environment, where a learning space should resemble a home more than a typical classroom.
