With elevated pigeon stretch⭐️ it’s best to start off with slight pulses, but you can always turn it into a static stretch as well where you drop your head to your chest and simply hold.

Something to keep in mind with this hip & low back opener is..the HIGHER the surface your lifted leg is on, the HARDER this becomes. So start on a lower surface like your bed🛏️ or a desk chair, and you can always add blocks to challenge yourself😊
