Fabric glue is yet to be delivered 😅 Refer to my previous reel for the brocade sleeve DIY. These silk tassels I bought are usually used for saree pallus.  Initial plan was to attach a thread but then poking sticks into it seemed more stable and easy. If you don't  have sticks, you could poke toothpicks from both ends and tape in between 😊  Satin ribbons or any fancy thread can be user to hang them instead of these garlands.
