@healthymealtoday on Instagram: "Banana Bread Baked Oats 🍌 (via: @noashealthyeats) I decided I needed some emotional support from my delicious, healthier baked oats recipe after a kitchen work place injury to my hand ( I’m a bit of a clutz 🤚🏼🔪😂) This one taste like a chocolate chunk banana bread cake and it’s filled with all the good stuff 😍👌🏻 Ingredients: •1/2 ripe banana 50g •1/2 cup oats 40g • 20g salted caramel protein •3/4 tsp baking powder •1tbs maple syrup (sf -optional) •1/3 cup plant based milk Toppings: Sliced banana (another 30g) , natvia, 10g no sugar choc (or choc of choice) & cinnamon Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180•C 2.Blitz the Ingredients until smooth & then pour the batter in an oven safe baking dish. 3.
