Look at the Northern Lights in the background! The link is useless but here's how I'd make it: 1. Cut a wavy template out of a cereal box (or similar). 2. Dot aurora colours onto the shiny side with chalk or pastels. 3. Lay the template onto midnight blue sugar paper and smudge the chalk/pastel from the template onto the sugar paper.
