⭐️ 1/2 cup cottage cheese 
⭐️ 1 small green bell pepper 
⭐️ 1/4 small yello onion 
⭐️ 4 oz thick cut ham steak 
⭐️ 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
⭐️ seasonings to taste. 
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings. Then divide amongst two meal prep continers. Chop ham and vegetables and divide amongst conainers. Add 1/4 cuo of cheese to container and stir well.
