Ingredients and steps:

For Wings:

1 kg chicken wings 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp coriander powder 
1 tsp cumin powder 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tbsp kasuri methi(Dried fenugreek leaves)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic granules 
1 tsp black pepper 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tbsp oil
Coat the wings. Marinate for an hour. Place the wings in your air fryer tray/basket.Air fry at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Flip the wings after 25 minutes.Air fry for another 6-7 minutes.

 For Butter Chicken Sauce:
Melt 1 tbsp butter 
Stir fry 1 tsp minced garlic 
Add 1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
Half cup heavy cream 
1 tsp black pepper 
Cook for a minute 
Add chopped coriander 
Once the wings are ready,Transfer the wings to a bowl

Recreate these magical things at home. 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine 1 tsp grated ginger 1-2 cloves grated garlic 2 tsp granulated garlic 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar Optional red pepper flakes or sriracha to taste 1 egg 1 Tbsp cornstarch 2 Tbsp flour Add wet ingredients to whole chicken wings and mix thoroughly.
