Oh, WOW. This is extremely similar to a character I made up, myself!

Description Don't really know why I design this dress. I think I did it because of some dark teal material I have. The color reminded me of a mermaid tail. I guess things just continued from there. I love this design. However, I would never have the confidence to wear this gown myself since the the sides and back of the dress is completely bare.
