When I see women who leak while jump roping there are a couple things that stand out to me. They move their ribcage during the jump. It will flare up and back down in the course of the jump.  Their chin will pop forward and their eyes will drift up at the top of the jump.  They will move the rope more than necessary and need to jump higher.  Their pelvis will often change positioning from an anterior pelvic tilt in the air (spilled forward) to a posterior pelvic tilt (tucked under) on landing.
