One of the Nikon's I wouldn't mind to have. Browsing some old National Geographic mags of my father I came across all this great camera ads, too good to keep them hidden, although I don't like to post this kind of stuff on my Flickr.

Perhaps a reminder to collectors out there of the Nikon camera models you have yet to acquire. Sorry. And this ad is a wonderful linear display of a 25-year evolutionary design process for one camera maker. Note how the F3 was (for Nikon) a break-through change in direction.

Put this lil sucker together recently. I wanted a black version of my dad's F2. Got the body from KEH for an amazing price, as alway. The DE-1 for a song on the bayz (has a lil ding on the top). Works pretty nicely. I wish I didnt hate 35mm so much.

Another view of my Nikon F2 Titan. Nikon built three titan-versions of the F2. The first one with "Titan"-lettering on the front, the second one without this lettering (it has just a "T" before the serial-number), the third one in chrome. The Titan-versions were built from 1978 and have been equipped with a DE-1-finder made of titan. Sad to say that I don´t have that Titan DE-1 - but maybe I´ll be lucky to get one ...
