Hello lovely Friends! Today I’m joining my new Furniture Fixer Upper crew to share some furniture makeovers! Can I get a woot woot?? There are six of us so be sure to look for the links to their projects at the bottom! That's like five bonus makeovers!! :D I have a fun piece to share
Thrifted China Cabinet Makeover - I found this china cabinet at the thrift store for only $40 and knew it would look great with my thrifted china in it! Click to see the AFTER and full post with lots of pics. :)
There is nothing better than a classic black. Lamp Black transformed this dated china cabinet into something both timeless and modern. Queenstown Gray was used to accent the interior. The china cabinet back was lined in a fabulous Magnolia Home wallpaper. The original Hepplewhite pulls were updated to an Antique Gold color. Simply stunning!
Amy Howard at Home One Step Paint in Lady Singing the Blues is the best blue for creating transformations like this. Don’t you love how @finn_and_bo used decorative copper elements inside her cabinet? I also love rescuing pieces and gilding the accents in copper. Painting or wallpapering the back of open china cabinets and bookcases can really elevate a piece too! Remember to shop online, find workshops near you, and more on our website!
