Montclair Place, located in the suburbs of Los Angeles, is a retail development featuring a food hall as well as a number of shopping and entertainment offerings. Built in the 1960’s, it was the only indoor retail center in Riverside County. Finding itself in need of a visual update, RSM Design worked to update the center. The team created a new brand identity and graphics package for the Moreno Street Market, and a wayfinding signage system that complements the existing architecture.

With dramatic views of the Santa Ana Mountains and bordering the historic Butterfield Overland Stage Trail, Terramor is a residential community nestled within 540 acres of preserved open space. The community is connected to adjacent trails and two public parks.

With stunning views, multiple pools, and diverse dining options, including casual and candlelit settings, guests can experience both tranquility and adventure during their stay.

Glendale Community College hosts more than 25,000 students and serves as an ethnically diverse student body with no single group forming a majority. RSM Design crafted an updated vision, branding and logo design kit of parts for the college that reflects the overall culture.
