3 oz bacon, chopped 0,5 lb Italian sausage 3 large cloves of garlic 1 onion 2 cups chicken broth/stock 3 cups water 3 potatoes 1 kale bundle 0.5 cup whipping cream In a pan add chopped bacon and sauté until browned. Add Italian sausage, break it up, and cook for 5 min. In a pot put onion and garlic and saute 5 min. Add 2 cups broth and 3 cups water, and bring to boil. Add sliced potatoes and cook 10 min. Put kale and sausage and bring to a light boil. Stir in 1 cup of cream and bring to boil.
