I like to do this combo if I’m short on time for the week and know I can’t get in a solid pull and push session! Sometimes I’ll do it for my 5th workout of the week too with a little bit of arms sprinkled in for a full upper body session! 

Workout deets:
•Single Arm Cable Pulldown 
•Single Arm Lateral Raise 
•Lat Pulldown 
•DB Shoulder Press 
•Seated Face Pull ss Cable Front Raise 
A few warm up sets & then working in the 6-8 rep range for failure sets! 🤌🏼
