Sharing some Farrow & Ball paint colours we have used in our home. Skimming Stone I’m sure needs no introduction, it’s one of those neutrals that you can just never go wrong with. If you are looking for something to move away from grey or something more bolder than white then this is definitely a beautiful option. We have used this in our master bedroom, which is still pending a transformation but love the tranquil feel it gives. Skimming Stone by Farrow & Ball has been a colour that I have been using for years and no matter what other tones I find, I always find myself coming back to it. It has been a controversial colour on my page though, it always seems to spark a debate if it is a grey or a beige. It always comes across very grey on my videos but in person I find it to be more beige. I think it really is one of those colours that vary with light a lot and also depending on the orientation of the room. Whenever I use it I find it to be more greige in person, it’s a beautiful warm tone. If you search online what colour it is, you will also find mixed responses. Cabinet Color Consideration

I painted each of the Farrow & Ball colors on a square of card stock. I've never done well painting them on the wall for some reason. By using card stock, I was able to get two nice coats of color on each one and I'm now able to move them around the kitchen at different times of the day to see how they look against different elements of the room. Past month or so my top asked question has been what paint colour we have used in our lounge and hallway. I actually can’t believe how popular it’s been. I share it quite a bit, even so the questions keep coming ☺️. I tried an incredible amount of tones in search for the perfect greige to add some warmth without too much of particular undertone. It does have a slight pink undertone but it’s so subtle and the pink is needed to add that warmth. Skimming Stone of course is my firm favourite but this colour has slightly more depth and I know so many of you have used it after seeing my home. Some have messaged me also to say that on first application it looks very dark.
