The key to selecting the right box height is to go as high as you can without rounding your lower back or shifting your hips to the side. The higher the bench, the better for the glutes but start low and work your way up.   Some cues:   ✅ Wear a flat shoe  ✅ drive through your heel and hinge at your hips to maximally activate your glutes  ✅ Squeeze your glutes at the top! ✅ When you’re coming down, do it SLOW!!! While@pushing your hips back  ✅ LAND LIGHT!!!
