Recipe:
1 banana smashed, 1 cup flour, 1 cup buttermilk pancake mix, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1.5 cups ishhh milk until smooth and no clumps. Mix mix mix. Add a nonstick spray to the pan. Fill 3/4s of the cookie scooper with batter & add to the cookie sheet. Add fruit or sprinkles of choice! I like to sprinkle BS on top! Bake 350° for 13 mins.
Sprinkle BS again and bake 2-3 mins.
All done! Let them sit for 10 mins if you have time.
They get better and better as they cool down.  1 ripe banana,  mashed
1/4 cup nut or seed butter (I used raw almond butter) 1 tsp cinnamon
 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional, can also sub raw honey or other sweetener of choice)
 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
 1/3 cup organic raisins
 1 cup sprouted rolled oats (gluten-free)
flaky salt (optional for topping)

 1. In a bowl, combine your mashed banana, nut or seed butter, cinnamon, chia seeds and maple syrup.
 2. Add in pumpkin seeds, raisins and oats and stir until well-combined. 
3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to firm up.

I fully made this with the intention of eating the whole mixture… I just didn’t have a dish big enough😂 however you could totally pop one in the fridge and have as a dessert/snack for 2 days in a row 👀 for 130cals and 15g protein per dish

I had mine as my lunch 🤤 both (together) are only 260 cals and 30g protein

the texture + flavor is divine 🤌🏼 let me know if you give this a try 

Recipe-

120g low fat cottage cheese

100g non fat greek yogurt (70g in blender + 30g as topping once chilled)

1 whole egg

Splash of vanilla extract + squeeze of lemon

14g Nate’s raw honey (10g in blender + 4g as topping once chilled)

Berries of choice (measure w ❤️)

12+ months 👶🏼 Makes 15 slices 

These are a great heathy snack, especially while teething! I’ve seen so many different variations of these and thought we had to give them a try and they were so nice 😋 

Ingredients 

1 large banana
3 Tbsp of coconut yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 Tbsp of peanut butter or other seed butter
1 Tbsp of hemp seeds (or chia seeds; optional)

How to:
1. Slice a banana into .75-1cm slices (the thicker they are the bigger they will flatten down to).
2. Place the banana slices on a baking tray and then use the bottom of a glass to squash the slices to a few mm thick. 
3. Spread a little coconut yogurt on each slice 
4. Drizzle a little peanut butter over each slice (wa Essen, Banana Yogurt Bites, Frozen Banana Yogurt, Heathy Snack, Banana Yogurt, Banana Snacks, Banana Treats, Banana Slices, Yogurt Bites
