*from David Zinczenko’s “ZERO BELLY SMOOTHIES” book. I have made this a generic “plug in” high protein low fat . Use basic plan here. MUST have: protein powder, unsweetened nut milk, fruit (I always like frozen), a small “good fat” (avocado, no salt peanut or almond butter etc), fiber: hemp, chia, flax...etc. to taste: extracts, ice, water. THESE SMOOTHIES changed my life. Took off 21 lbs so far and I AM NO LONGER PRE-DIABETIC!
