The Green Bird Brigade on Instagram: "This is Peaches story: On March 8th, I was contacted by a family that had found a bird in their backyard. He was clearly in distress and needed help. They brought him to me the very next day. We tried to find out where Peaches came from, but no one came forward to claim him. I now believe he was put outside/"released" on purpose.
