An Anger Box is a box filled with various calming items for a child to use when they are feeling angry or emotional in any way. The idea of the Anger Box is not that it’s a punishment, but a way to teach children to work through their emotions in a health

Students will learn about 25 various feelings/emotions. They will identify these feelings, learn what triggers them to feel this way and how they can cope with the feelings. A helpful tool in the classroom and in the counseling office to help students expand their emotional vocabularies.
