You’ll need: 1 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs seasoning of choice (I used 1/2 tsp Italian) 1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs and seasoning until smooth. 2. Transfer to a quarter sheet pan lined with parchment paper. 3. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. 4. Let cool completely, make a wrap or sandwich (I’m using avocado, spring mix, tomato, chicken and balsamic vinegar). The sauce is rich and creamy, with a hint of tanginess, and the salty halloumi is just 🤌 Ingredients • 2 blocks halloumi • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tbsp sundried tomato oil • 75g sundried tomatoes • 100g spinach • 1 large white onion • 6 cloves garlic, grated • Half of a lemon • 200ml stock • 150ml single cream • 75g parmesan cheese • 1 tbsp smoked paprika • 1 tbsp oregano • Cornflour if needed • Salt and pepper to taste

#HealthyEats #ProteinPower ➡️INGREDIENTS: 4 eggs 200g cottage cheese 1 small zucchini 1 large tomato Salt and pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp grated cheese 1 tbsp fresh parsley ➡️PREPARATION: 1. 🔥 Preheat the oven to 180°C and prep an ovenproof dish. 2. 🥒 Dice the zucchini, lightly salt it, set aside briefly, then drain excess water. Dice the tomato and drain excess water. 3. 🍳 Crack eggs into the dish, add cottage cheese, veggies, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly. 4. 🧀 Sprinkle the top with grated cheese. 5. 🕒 Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden. 6. 🌿 Once done, let it cool a bit, then sprinkle with parsley. 🍄1 große Zwiebel in kleine Würfel schneiden 🍄400 g braune Champignonköpfe fein würfeln 🍄1 EL Butter in einer Pfanne schmelzen 🍄 Zwiebel und Pilzewürfel anschwitzen 🍄mit Salz,Pfeffer,Gemüsebrühpulver würzen 🍄in eine Schüssel umfüllen und auskühlen 🍄2 EL frisch gehackte Petersilie unterrühren 🍄Backofen auf 180 Grad O/U vorheizen und ein Blech mit Backpapier auslegen 🍄1 Rolle frischen Blätterteig ausrollen 🍄60 g Frischkäse in den Mitte verstreichen 🍄Pilz-Zwiebel Mischung darauf geben und 100 g Mozzarella darüber streuen 🍄Enden etwas hochklappen, aufrollen und mit dem Schluss nach unten aufs Blech setzen 🍄mit einem verquirltem Ei bestreichen, mehrmals einschneiden und im vorgeheizten Backofen auf mittlerer Schiene etwa 25-30 Min goldbraun backen 🍄nach dem Backen abkühlen.
