Martje: I call this jumper a northern light. It's made from Alize angora gold yarn and I used knitting needle size 5. I don't like seams so this is knitted a shape of cross or plus and in the middle I just left a hole for the head. Then crochet nessesary seams (seams go from cuff to shirttail).
Martje: I had black yarns left from other works. There was many balls of yarn this furry thin yarn whitch I have no idea where I got it or what it is. Meaby it is something really old I got from my granny or aunt. Propably from my Granny because my aut loved blue colors.
Martje: I used different black yarns and reflector yarn (Novitas heijastus-yarn) . I also took a picture where you can see how reflector yarn works when flash light hits on it.
Martje: Over a year ago I did buy Novitas Utuinen - yarn and I made some not se good jumper from it. Now I am so excited about this easy way to make jumpers so I made one. It took two and half or three yarn balls and I used 10mm knitting needles.
Martje: I have telling here about this easy way to make jumper. Here is the shape of the piece you knit. Then it is folted in two in the middle and then crochet seams from cuff to shirttail.
Martje: So I made this jumper were I did let some loops loose. I had knitting needles and yarn was Schachenmayr's Ombre Lace
Martje: I visited at Joensuu and took Novita's Lumo yarn and 10mm knitting needles with me, so I would have something to do in train. I saw this knit and made my own version with sleeves.
Martje: With 10mm knitting needles it took one and a half yarnballs
