I treated my boys with some grass fed, all organic cow liver today with thin slices of roasted sweet potato & turnip plus caramelized red onion topped with some pomegranate. Oh boy how the boys were happy... And the dog who got to lick the plates.
Sting nettle! What a wonderful free growing plant - it tastes amazing for ex. with pasta! Today I mixed it with feta cheese and used it as ravioli stuffing. Lets eat more nettle - It's free, all organic and it actually tastes better than spinach.
This is probably the weirdest looking porridge one can make - it's called the pearl porridge. It's made from potato groats. I also used some raspberries and coconut milk and some hemp protein on top. I was actually surprised how tasty it was. An the texture- well -it's worth trying once in your life time at least. Those white pearls on the spoons are the uncooked groats .
