This conversion table for measurements is fantastic for all the summer baking you'll be doing. Making a cake? Need some conversions? This is the table for you! I have this printed off and stuck in my recipe book because it is pure genius. Real genius. Love it!

Ingredients:  1 cup oats (dry)  1/4 cup natural peanut butter  3 Tbsp honey  2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips   Directions:  1. Mix all ingredients  2. Place bowl in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour  3. Roll mixture into bites 4. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat   Makes 4 servings   Macros (per serving):  Calories - 338  Protein - 10 g  Carbs - 37 g  Fat - 18 g

Ham and Cheese Puff Pancake - This recipe for Ham and Cheese Puff Pancake is something that rolls dinner and breakfast or brunch into one. If you don’t have ham, you could definitely use crumbled, cooked sausage instead. I used Gruyere, but cheddar, mozzarella or any good melting cheese. (I’m thinking Pepper Jack with some chorizo would be magic together.
