Kowalski makes a bet with his friend/drug dealer Jake that he can make the drive in one day. Cleavon Little plays a blind, black DJ called “Super Soul”, who improbably broadcasts from the town of Goldfield, NV, and, just as improbably, develops an almost mystical bond with Kowalski as he makes his journey across southern Utah and Nevada.
