Party Wall student housing. Cool idea for multifamily dwelling. I think older people don't want to live in places like this, even if the units were large enough to fit their expanded life style. Older people are set in their ways and don't want to encounter neighbors on their way to work, partially because they are stuck on a schedule, but partially because interacting would force them to challenge their beliefs and engage with others.
