4 cups (532 grams) hazelnuts 1/2 cup (106 grams) organic granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 12 tablespoons (60 grams) cocoa powder prep roasting hazelnuts on a parchment-lined tray in a pre-heated 400F oven for 5 minutes. remove into a large glass jar and shake 1 minute to remove most of the skins. transfer to a colander to sift out the skins. place hazelnuts in a food processor and begin to process, scraping down the sides every couple minutes to keep things going. the hazelnuts will eventually turn into a butter, but this takes about 10 to 15 minutes, so have patience! once blended into a creamy butter, almost like creamy peanut butter, add the remaining ingredients, process another 1 to 2 minutes to incorporate, and transfer to a glass jar. by @vegscratchkitchen

Begin by preheating the oven to 190 degrees Celsius 2. ⁠Take out a baking dish and add the banana, mash them in the dish until they’re a smooth consistency 3. ⁠Add the remaining baked oats ingredients except the walnuts and mix well, ensuring there are no lumps 4. ⁠Roughly chop the walnuts and then add to the baked oats dish and stir in. by @ameliasandy_

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until crispy. Chop 1/2 of an avocado and a mini cucumber. Tuna salad: 1 can tuna, mayo and/or greek yogurt, smoked paprika, pinch of sugar, salt and sriracha. Stir together with 1 cup(or more) of the crispy rice and top with everything bagel seasoning, sriracha and green onion. Enjoy!
