But, the one consistent thing we should focus on is: HEALTHY MOVEMENT 🙌 - This includes bending, side bending, extending, rotating, and different combinations of these movements! 😍 - And no, your back won’t break or shatter from them 🙏 - Just remember to take your time and take deep breaths 😮💨 - As always, if this move causes you pain, decrease the range of movement.
