These cucumber salmon summer rolls are so delicious. The crispy onions adds some crunch to the soft layers of cucumber and salmon. The cream cheese makes it tasty too so you don’t need a dip. They are so easy to make. All you need is • 1️⃣ Cucumber • 2️⃣ Smoked Salmon • 3️⃣ Crispy Fried Onions • 4️⃣ Avocado • 5️⃣ Black Sesame Seeds • 6️⃣ Cream Cheese • 7️⃣ Black Pepper Use a peeler to slice the cucumber longways. Over lap each slice of cucumber. I put them on a paper towel to start with to take excess water off.
