Your body has to be really warm with lots of twistings and core work before attempting this pose. _ Start in Crow and drop side of the head down. Extend top leg straight and point both feet up. Finally swing top leg over and keep pointing toes to energise the leg. #foxyroxyyoga #practiceandall
