This is such good advice. Work ethic is so important and I have a lot of problems with mine. I'm slowly learning but this is a big help.
Do stretches 1-5 every day. On day 6 do 1-5+6. Day 7 do 1-5+7, and so on. Hold each 30 seconds to a min. per side.
Very interesting (my language hoe heart is happy!), although I wouldn't ever use have of them. When in doubt, stick to 'said' and use these sparingly!
