I could literally eat forever, but because I'm trying to become more aware of what I'm putting into my body, I started logging every meal I eat in my bullet journal  if I know the calorie count or size of the food, I put it in parentheses next to the item. And also, as I'm transitioning to vegan, on the far right I denote each vegan meal with a small "stamp" to track my progress on that goal  . . . ....
