Stephen Bantu Biko | South African History Online
Stephen Bantu Biko -Because of his high profile, news of Biko's death spread quickly, opening many eyes around the world to the brutality of the apartheid regime. His funeral was attended by over 10,000 people, including numerous ambassadors and other diplomats from the United States and Western Europe. Nelson Mandela said of Biko: "They had to kill him to prolong the life of apartheid."
Walter S. McAfee (September 2, 1914 - February 18, 1995) was an African American scientist and astronomer, notable for participating in the world's first first lunar radar echo experiments with Project Diana. McAfee was born in Ore City, Texas in Upshur County, as one of nine children. His parents grew up on a farm and his dad was a CME minister.
Cheikh Anta Diop
Cheikh Anta Diop was a scientist,historian, writer and politician from Senegal. During his PhD presentation in France, he gathered evidences to prove that ancient Egypt was black. He created IFAN (Fundamental Institute of Black Africa) where he used carbon 14 to show the the fossils found in Africa was the oldest since the creation of the human kind. His story taught to never give up on my vision and what i want to accomplish in life.

This sarcastic pin is depicting how most people who go to Christianity say they have been saved. This goes along with Weber's idea of religion in terms of social change where Christianity's idea of sin and forgiveness of God plays an important role to the religious in society. This meme is challenging that saying they are only being saved from rational thought.
