Set 3, Portion 2 or 3 (breast): Chinese Chicken Porridge. So easy and good when feeling sick/lazy.

Set 3, Portion 5 or 6 (bones): Low fat Chicken + Corn soup with stir-fried spinach.

Set 3, Portion 4 (bits): one-pot recipe for creamy mushroom and chicken pasta with broccoli.
Portion 4 (bits). Baked along with portion 1 and set aside in frige. Cooked in mushroom soup with pasta. (All in at the same time!) Chopped capsicums/paprika added in for last 3 mins of cooking. Season to taste. (The pasta cooks better if powdered mushroom soup is used. This is because the soup is more liquid at the beginning.)
Portion 1 (Wing + Drumstick), Roasted at 220C about 30mins along with baked sliced potatoes (cooks so much faster this way!) and clementine(unbaked) at the side.
