Cards for Dad!

It's always hard trying to figure out what to get for Dad. Start with a card...the rest will follow! We made these simple and fun silhouette cards. Perfect for Dad! We started by cutting out silhouettes that made us think of Dad! Andrew did this freehand. Then we cut thin strips of magazine paper, layered and glued them on the back of our silhouettes. After our silhouettes were complete we glued them on a folded piece of cardstock! We think Dad will keep this one for a while!

Scratch Off Bow Tie Father’s Day Card

Say that title five times fast… :) This week my goal is to get ready for Father’s Day. To get us started, yesterday the boys and I made these cards: With a nice neat accordion bow tie hot glued to the front. And a fun scratch off message inside. I got the idea here from Design Dazzle. She just mixed acrylic craft paint with some dish soap and painted it
