Archbishop Leo of Karelia and All Finland is the head of the Finnish Orthodox Church (accounts for only 1.1% of Finns, but still is a state church along with the majority church Evangelical Lutheran, which has 78.2% of Finns as its members). Aarno Ruusuvuori (1925–1992) was a Finnish architect, professor and director of the Museum of Finnish Architecture. He was born in Kuopio. Known for his modernist/brutalist works, #Ruusuvuori designed several churches, of which the most famous one is in Hyvinkää. Also Espoo's WeeGee-house (formerly a printing office), which serves as the largest exhibition centre in Finland, is of his design. Aulis Rytkönen (b. 1929) is a Finnish football legend. He started his career with KuPS in Kuopio and became the country's first professional player when he signed for France's Toulouse FC in 1952. He won the French Cup (Coupe de France) in 1957. Rytkönen worked as Finnish national coach from 1975 to 1978. He was chosen Finland's Player of the Year in 1949, 1950, and 1952.
