It is time to start work your abs! A beginner can start with these exercises, too! If you want it really heavy do these exercises as a ab circle and repeat 2-4 times. Start out with low reps and add few more every time you do this! Soon you will realize that this one is easy for you! And just for you to remember, it should burn. ;)

If you're not DEADLIFTING you really should start doing them NOW! Deadlifting is one of the best compound exercises you can do to increase strength and muscle mass. It works virtually every muscle, with emphasis on the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and most muscles of the back and also the forearms.

Eccentric hamstring exercise - stretch and strength! You may need another guy to spot front of you or do it e.g. against the wall so you won't fall down on the floor.

An effective way to train your hamstrings, glutes and core. If you can't find TRX ropes at your gym or you want to train at home you can also do this movement with a fit ball. I would recommend that you take this on.

Stiff leg deadlifts for greater strength and power! One of the best exercise to build a stronger back and thicker hamstrings & butt! It is also a lot better to train your hams eccentric than just concentric (e.g. ham curls). Concentric training will make your hams too tight and short which will effect negatively e.g. your posture/running position etc.

Lifting weights won't make the average women bulky... You may however find your self with a nice butt, toned abs, strength, confidence and a positive outlook. So stop making excuses and start to lift some weights!
