White Chicken Chili. I had this dish a few weeks ago in a restaurant and it was so good I have been looking for a recipe that comes close ever since. After making this, I think this one fits the bill. If you like chili but are tired of the same old same old, give this a try. Very quick and easy. The only changes I made were to thicken the stock with 3T. of flour, use "hot" green chiles and cut the black pepper back a bit.
