We've been working for a couple of decades to create tiny but vigorous hostas, and are thrilled to introduce our smallest blue so far. Hosta 'Tiny Gems' is a 2017 Plant Delights Nursery introduction that forms a 5" tall x 18" wide clump of pointed, heart-shaped blue green leaves. This 2006 seedling was concocted from a series of crosses that include the parents Hosta venusta, sieboldii, sieboldiana, longipes, and Hosta 'Blue Mouse Ears'.
