Yeah, I went there...health. Definitely an area I want to grow in. I want to steward my body, eat, and do everything else to the glory of God. And yeah, I might lose weight, but that's not necessarily the goal. I just want to healthfully eat, so I can be energized, and to the best of my ability, ready to go or do whatever God might call me to.

Tomatoe Slices. As a kid this was my favorite breakfast, only I put cheese on top of an english muffin, then tomatoe and avocado and I melted it in the oven. I really like this as a healthy gluten free snack.
