I really love this idea, would like to incorporate in the stone in the basement area instead of mosaic risers - I've re thought this and think may be too overpowering. Thinking tiled risers and small pebble mosaics in floor would be much nicer.

DIY - Glow in the dark pots with mums for fall/Halloween. Buy a flower pot that you really like and use Rustoleum's Glow-in-the-dark paint to paint the pot. During the day, the paint will absorb the sunlight and at night the pots will glow.

Easy way to cut a wine bottle!

Cutting a glass bottle: Tie string around bottle for size, slide off and soak in acetone for 10 secs. Slide back on, light string on fire. As soon as fire goes out, submerge in ice cold water.
