This is a very new age looking design. What I like is that there is a lot of white space which makes the colored parts more important. The only problem is the text going all different ways, but the triangular shapes with the pictures keeps you moving from the top of the page down to the last picture. Though the text might be a little confusing, the imagery is very nice.

Property Brochure Spread
I really like this spread because it's simple and elegant while being creative and different, catching the viewer's eye. The shapes are enticing and interesting. This spread could have easily been very boring, but the designer does a great job at staying away from that. I would make the text bigger and the title more decorative and maybe incorporate some text along the shapes
