Detox Bath Recipes Take a detox bath. Two cups of Epsom salt, one cup of baking soda and a teaspoon of ginger. Add some eucalyptus oil or mint to clear up your lungs. Mix these together in the hot water and soak in the tub for forty minutes or at least twenty. This will cause you to sweat out all of the toxins in your body. This is good for when you're sick. We made it! Rope & wood shelves, Saw this and brought back memories of the one we made 33 years ago for our nursery. We placed baby quilts, blankets and stuffed animals on the shelves. The wood was painted yellow and only 4 shelves. We placed a knot in the rope under each wooden shelve to give it more character and it didnt hang this low to the floor..it was EASY...
Over time, towels build up detergent and fabric softener, leaving them unable to absorb as much water and smelling funky. Recharge them by washing them once with hot water and one cup vinegar, then a second time with hot water and half cup baking soda. This strips the residue and leaves them fresh and able to absorb more water again. Works like a charm!
