Kashmiri Indian cheese/ paneer/chaman tamatar, Paneer cubes 500g, Tomato blanched & pureed 4, Ginger paste 2 tsp, Garam masala 2 tsp, Chilli powder 1.5 tsp, Kasuri methi /dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp, Cahew nut paste 1/2 cup, Butter 50g, Cream 40g, Salt & oil as needed Heat oil in pan. Add tomato puree, ginger paste, garam masala. Cook for a few min. Add chilli powder, salt, fenugreek leaves, cashew nut paste, butter, cream. Stir on medium till thick. Add paneer and cook for a few minutes.
