Listen, we made cauliflower into pizza this is just a few less steps! 

I do not measure when I make this so I’m gonna do my best here for you guys.

1 head of cauliflower cut however you want 
1/4 cup olive oil 
2-3 Tbs grated Parmesan 
Spices (measure with your heart) 
Salt / pepper/ paprika / garlic powder / onion powder. 

Mozzarella cheese for melting halfway through I feel like cheese is so personal if u like a lot, add a lot ya know?

A fry or bake at 400 until fork tender and golden brown, (about 15 minutes for air fryer, 20 minutes for the oven. ) Remove from oven and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Place back in the oven until melted.
